Early in her 50”s, my first wife was diagnosed with early-onset dementia. After that, I had no idea that I was on a 15 years journey of exhaustion and confusion. I was losing my wife to this disease and was left with no hope. I told my family during this 15 year journey with dementia, “there ought to be someone to help us with this.”
Then the time came when it became unsafe for her to live at home. We placed her in a Senior Memory Care Community, and after that, I was so surprised to find that she was finally happy there.

Africa Outreach
I have been going to Rwanda for the last 23 years and instrumental in the Vision of Pastor Willy starting “Comfort My People,” a non profit company. Over the years they have done “water projects, building houses, roofing projects, potato and rabbit projects for Widows.” Plus, Pastors conferences for 23 yrs.
In the last several yrs we have been paying for moms & newborns to get out of the hospitals, buying mattresses for moms, children, Older Adult Seniors and Special Needs Kids, buying Health Insurance, and Food. Teen Challenge for Men & Women. A large campus was purchased in Kigali for Rwanda Teen Challenge. We have invited wives to attend our Pastor’s Conferences with my wife, Britt. We see a huge need to minister to both husbands & wives that will also impact their children & grandchildren.
Pastor Willy has also been instrumental in working with leaders in the Government to help all Rwandans.
