After walking with her Mother, Joyce, for 19 years with Dementia, Amy is passionate about helping families navigate the overwhelming process of finding the “right fit” for Independent, Assisted, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing care.
As an experienced advocate, Amy wants to help her clients in a way that she wished her family had been helped over her journey with her mom.
Mindy walked with her Mother through a long journey of dementia for 3 years and was able to help care for her in her home. When it came time to find a community, the process was overwhelming and emotional. It took many months to find a community that was the right fit and checked all the boxes. Great staff, great care, beautiful, and in their price range.
Mindy jumped on the opportunity to help others navigate their journey to find the right community as she truly understands all the emotions that play into the process. Mindy feels blessed to be able to help families not only navigate the process but help them do it quickly!
Starting as a caregiver 16 yrs ago, Saretta quickly fell in love with caring for seniors. The management company she was fortunate to work with oversaw multiple assisted living communities throughout Colorado.
She hired and trained staff to adhere to state regulations while caring for residents with the utmost respect. She has always made it a point of emphasis to expand her learning within this industry to broaden her outlook giving Saretta the ability to empathize with residents and their loved ones.
She’s received multiple certifications while attending annual continuing education training with experts in Alzheimer’s dementia. She always looks for opportunities to grow and learn as an administrator and advocate.
Every person is unique, she strives to pay close attention to detail and provide solutions to every family she meets.
With Harmony Senior Referrals, she has been able to continue her passion and help families find the “right fit for their loved ones.”
Chantalla has always been customer service-oriented. She enjoys helping people and making a difference in the lives of others, for the better.
She graduated in 2014 with her Bachelors in Healthcare Management. Her work experience includes Office Administration, Hospitality, Caregiving, Financial Services, and most recently before joining HSR, a supervisor at a retirement call center. She was fortunate enough to grow up with both sets of grandparents and had the opportunity to visit them multiple times a year.
Her grandparents hold a special place in her heart because they taught her so many things like how to bake, work hard, enjoy the simple things in life, and treat others with kindness, to name only a few. Because of her strong relationships with her family, caring for others, and office administration, Chantalla joined HSR in April 2021 as their Administrative Assistant.
Then in July 2022, she trained to be a Placement Specialist to help families directly. She loves helping families meaningfully by helping them navigate the journey and the choices of Senior Living Communities and what is best and essential to each family. Seeing her grandparents’ age and helping with their changes and transitions, she wants to make sure other families have the same support and services that HSR provides!
